Emmanuel Raul Perez (born October 28, 1982) is an American professional wrestler, trainer, and manager currently signed to Omega Wrestling Alliance and working for the company's developmental territory Omega Wrestling Tomorrow where he is the on-screen manager of the Tokyo Riot tag-team. Perez himself hasn't competed in the ring since 2017 due to a head injury but he says that his in-ring career isn't over.

Perez is mostly known for his time in Japan and Mexico where he had been a heel or rudo for most of his career.

Being from Miami, Perez is a die-hard fan of the city's sports franchises. He is close friends with Kira Sakazaki due to their tenure in Japan where both trained with one another. Because of his close relationship with Kira, he also is close friends with Azumi Goto who learned how to master his Inverted Keylock submission move.
