Joshi Extreme Takeover (d/b/a JET)  is a Japanese-based all-female wrestling promotion co-founded by former NEO Joshi Japan’s president Miss Manami and Hanako Nakamoto in 2006. The promotion was created after a mass exodus and is currently the top promotion for Joshi wrestling in Japan, bringing old-school King’s Road and it's own Queen's Road style into the modern day, giving the promotion a huge fan base.

In December of 2017, it was announced that both former proteges of Miss Manami, Azumi Goto, and Stephanie Matsuda would be co-owning JET with their mentor entering permanent retirement.

History[]

In the winter of 06, things were not looking good for NEO Joshi Japan. The new owners, Shizuma Corporation would start making poor management decisions which lead to then-current president Manami having many disagreements with the owners and because of that, it would lead to a mass exodus of wrestlers from Neo Joshi Japan who were loyal to Manami asking for their release alongside her. The company would be lead by Manami who would act as the company's first president and founder.

JET would run under Manami's vision until January 2018 when she decided to finally leave the professional wrestling world entirely and the company would be inherited by her proteges Azumi Goto and Stephanie Matsuda while Hanako Nakamoto would return as a board member and advisor to Azumi.

In August of 2018, it was announced that JET and sister-promotion Lethal Angels of Wrestling would form an alliance alongside Women's Wrestling promotion Sakura Shoujo Stampede (SSS), Rose City Wrestling, SAKURA Pro, and Queen City Wrestling. United the banner of a working relationship better known as the International Joshi Wrestling Federation (IJWF).
