VANGUARD Pro Proving Grounds, also known as simply Proving Grounds, is a professional wrestling streaming television program produced by the VANGUARD Pro wrestling promotion. It airs on the Battleground Network streaming platform and features matches taped either before or after the preceding episode of the promotions flagship Fight Night.
History:[]
Proving Grounds premiered on Battleground Network with a trailer for the inaugural episode on February 8th, 2024. The pilot and second episode were pulled from the network in September following the firing of a controversial performer, leading to remastered episodes releasing in October. It focuses on professional wrestling matches, with commentary from play-by-play Guy Incognito and podcast host and former boxer Concrete Jackson. Shows are hosted by backstage interviewer and former web journalist Suzy Munoz. Video packages highlighting wrestlers or storylines, air throughout each broadcast as well as several interactions between either the wrestlers themselves or with storyline promoter Vernon Tressler, who is portrayed as a babyface and Board of Directors representative Cyrus J Armand III, who is portrayed as a heel.

Upon VANGUARD Pro's contract negotiations with the Battleground Network, the premise of a secondary show was proposed as a means of cutting episodes of the Flagship program Fight Night into a more consumable run time. This program would air on the Network under the free-to-view library and would consist of matches filmed from the fictional Epicenter (Hammerstein Ballroom) in Manhattan, New York in front of a live studio audience before or after the Fight Night tapings. The show would be hosted from within the BGN Studios in New York by promotion backstage correspondent Suzy Munoz. Occasionally, segments take place in real or fictional venues as a means of worldbuilding.
Upon the remastering of the pilot, the official theme song was "Let's Go (The Royal We)" by Run the Jewels, with an instrumental version of the track serving as a secondary theme.
