VANGUARD Project Co., Ltd., operating simply as VANGUARD Pro (stylised in all caps) is an American independent professional wrestling promotion based out of Manhattan, New York. It is owned and operated as a subsidiary of Tressler Insurance LLC sports insurance company, and is syndicated through the Battleground Network umbrella service. VANGUARD Pro also refers to its television programs (Fight Night and Proving Grounds) which features characters portrayed by wrestlers.

In 2023, it was announced retired professional wrestler and sports insurance entrepreneur Vernon Tressler was partnering with director Neil Beck to launch a wrestling promotion filmed out of the Hammerstein Ballroom in Manhattan, New York. Beck through multiple interviews said the new promotion would put focus on action, characters, and cinematic presentation. It was cited to be more a television program centered around a wrestling promotion rather than a wrestling promotion itself, lending itself to concepts that could "play outside the lines" and be a departure from professional wrestling tropes of legitimate sporting contests. The promotion would be picked up by the streaming service Battleground Network after a deal with the TNT television network fell through.
On January 2nd, 2024, a promotional package was released on the Battleground Network streaming service titled Prologue: The Invitation which officially announced the new promotion along with a number of wrestlers set to appear. Its official pilot for VANGUARD Pro Fight Night would be released on January 13th alongside subsequent pilots for VANGUARD Pro Proving Grounds over the next few months, however, in September the episodes were silently pulled due to a reoccurring competitors controversial behavior coming to light, subsequently being pulled from the program. A series dubbed [REMASTERED] reuploaded the previously pulled episodes with a mix of new content between October 25th and November 2nd before returning to more traditional episode releases.

VANGUARD Pro advertises two "Grand Championships" in the form of the Sovereign and Violentia Championships. The Sovereign a primarily traditional depiction of a world championship, while the Violentia is a deathmatch oriented championship. The Progression Championship serves as a mid-card championship belt and is defended on every Fight Night (and occasionally Proving Grounds) program, with each three successful defense qualifying the champion to challenge for either Grand Championship. The champion only needs to vacate the Progression Championship if they are successful in winning a Grand Championship.
